Motivators Inc. Helps Sponsor Connecticut Sports Foundation Fundraiser

Motivators has signed on as a sponsor for the Connecticut Sports Foundation's 27th Annual Celebrity Dinner & Memorabilia Auction.

WESTBURY, N.Y., February 7, 2014--Motivators Inc. is a proud sponsor of the Connecticut Sports Foundation's (CSF) 27th Annual Celebrity Dinner & Memorabilia Auction, a fundraiser for Connecticut families stricken with cancer. The promotional products distributor has donated promotional bags to be used at the February 7, 2014 event.

The annual benefit, which begins tonight at 5:30 p.m. at Mohegan Sun, is organized by more than 75 volunteers. In 2012 and 2013, CSF raised and donated approximately $300,000 in grants to cancer patients and their families.

Sponsors for this year's event include Mohegan Sun, The Mohegan Tribe, Pfizer Global Research & Development and Dunkin' Donuts. Major League Baseball players scheduled to appear include David Phelps and Brendan Ryan of the New York Yankees, Craig Barlow of the Boston Red Sox, and Matt Harvey of the New York Mets.

Motivators' marketing and sales director, Rachel Levin, CAS, chose to get involved with the CFA fundraiser because it's a cause near and dear to her heart. "Giving back to the community is important to everyone at Motivators," she said. "What better way than to help cancer patients in their time of need?"
